Data collected

The data controller is CENTRALPAY.
The data collected consists of the information you provide in the application form on our website.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in processing and responding to your application for a job opening.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.

Data processing purposes

The processing carried out by the Human Resources department is intended to:

  • Manage the recruitment process;
  • Complete mandatory formalities and maintain the administrative files of selected candidates.

To fulfill these purposes, only personal information strictly necessary to assess your ability to perform the proposed job or to evaluate your professional skills will be requested during the selection phase. To this end, we will also ask you for information regarding your personal details, the degrees you have obtained, your professional experience, and your professional skills and abilities relevant to the position offered. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.


If your application is selected for the conclusion of a contract, we will ask you to provide the information and supporting documents necessary to complete the required formalities. The provision of this information is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the employment contract for successful candidates. Furthermore, the provision of certain categories of information and supporting documents (residence address, Social Security number, legal residency status, etc.) is required by law for successful candidates. Consequently, failure to provide this information will make it impossible to conclude the employment contract.

Data recipient

The recipient of the data is CENTRALPAY and its French parent company, INNOVEST.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.


Your application will be treated confidentially. Only those responsible for the departments interested in your application (recruiters, managers, etc.) have access to the personal data contained therein. If the recruitment process is successful, in order to finalize the hiring, the human resources department will be required to transmit certain information collected to the organizations notified of your employment (including unemployment insurance, health insurance, pension, and mutual insurance).

Data retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. Data regarding successful candidates will be included in their personnel files and retained for five (5) years after the end of their employment contract.



Data on candidates not selected for the employment contract will be retained exclusively for the purpose of maintaining a CV database and, where applicable, offering them new job opportunities, for a period of two (2) years from the last contact with the candidate.



Data concerning candidates may be retained in an interim archive for evidentiary purposes, in particular to protect against potential discrimination claims, for a period of five (5) years from the conclusion of the recruitment process.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, or to restrict its processing.
You also have the right to data portability.
You may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing or storage of your personal data in our files.

If, for any reason, you consider our response to be unsatisfactory, you may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL); website: cnil.fr.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

CENTRALPAY may amend its privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion. The version in effect will be the one posted on the website at the time the user submits their application.
