The data collected when your application is examined on the CENTRALPAY website are those entered in the form enabling you to apply for our job vacancy. The data collected on our site is processed by CENTRALPAY’s human resources department, enabling it to manage the recruitment process for its future employees.

The data controller is CENTRALPAY.
The data collected is the information you provide in the form on our website. Mandatory information is indicated on the site by an asterisk. Consequently, we will not be able to process your request if you do not provide us with this information.

Purposes of data processing

The purpose of the processing carried out by the human resources department is to:

Manage the recruitment process;
Carrying out compulsory formalities and filling in the administrative file of successful candidates.

Recipient of the data

The recipient of the data is CENTRALPAY and its French parent company, INNOVEST. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Your file will be treated as confidential. The only people who have access to the personal data contained in your file are the managers of the departments interested in your application (recruitment officers, managers, etc.). In the event of a positive outcome to the recruitment process, in order to finalise the recruitment, the Human Resources department will be required to pass on some of the information collected to the organisations informed of your recruitment (in particular unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, mutual insurance).

Data retention period

Data will be kept for as long as is necessary to complete the recruitment process. Data concerning successful candidates will be included in their administrative file and will be kept for five (5) years after the end of the employment contract.

The data of unsuccessful candidates will be kept exclusively for the purpose of populating a CV library and, where appropriate, proposing new job offers, for a period of two years from the last contact with the candidate..

Data concerning candidates may be kept in an intermediate archive for evidential purposes, in order to protect against possible discrimination claims, for a period of five (5) years from the end of the recruitment process.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your personal data. You also have the right to rectify and delete this data, as well as the right to object to its processing.

If, for any reason whatsoever, you consider that our response is not satisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL); website: cnil.fr.

Modification of the privacy policy

CENTRALPAY may modify its privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion. The version in force will be the version on the website at the time the user sends his/her application.
